FRANKLIN, Tenn., Sept. 1, 2010; Nissan North America, Inc. (NNA) today reported August U.S. sales of 76,827 units versus 105,312 units a year earlier, a decrease of 27 percent compared with the “Cash for Clunkers” fuelled sales in August 2009. Nissan Division sales were down 30.9 percent for the month, while sales of Infiniti vehicles rose 21.9 over a year before.

Â Nissan Division sales were down 30.9 percent for the month, while sales of Infiniti vehicles rose 21.9 over a year before. Â For all of 2010, NNA sales are up 14.2 percent.

Nissan North America Inc. released Tuesday detailed factory and port-installed options for the 2011 Nissan LEAF. The automaker said customers in California, Arizona, Tennessee, Washington and Oregon, who made online reservations will now be able to choose the color and trim level of their Nissan LEAF.

The Turbo died at around 93k, it was a very expensive fix, which came out to be around $3000. They say the Turbo lasts for 70-80k. Crappy wheel bearings have hit ABS on my car, $100 fix.
